About me

I am born and brought up in Jaipur, India (The Pink City). Since a child I have been taught in both Hindi and English and hence I have an almost mother tongue ability in both languages (although my mother tongue is actually Hindi!).

After school, I went to the University of Rajasthan to study for my first degree: BA Economics (Honors) and then went on to study for an LL.B (Bachelors of Law). From there I started my career as a lawyer in a prestigious law firm in Jaipur.

I married in 2007 and moved to London, England. In 2008, I began studying for LL.M International
Commercial Law which I completed with Merit.

I decided then to concentrate on becoming a tutor of Hindi. Since beginning this, I have over thirty regular students and am picking up more with a view to start larger classes. My students range from children from the age of five onwards all the way to hedge fund managers, diplomats and even Bollywood film stars. Many of my students have an interest in the culture, heritage and history of India, including yoga, potential job prospects in India and students.
